Observation

Electrical cords hanging from the tv are loose, not attached to the wall, and forms a loop that poses a choking hazard for children. Tablet cords viewed accessible to children that can form a loop around a child's neck. A big black plastic garbage bag viewed accessible to children in the Livingroom area with random stuff inside, pose a safety hazard to children for suffocation. Inside blue walls and trim are heavily smudged with black marks, chipped paint observed on wall and banister, hole with exposed plaster on blue wall, a broken baby gate latch attached to the wall is accessible to children is a cutting type hazard, exposed patched walls not painted all accessible to children.. Heavy Statues observed on tops of cabinets where children play or sleep below, are not secured to prevent a tipping/falling hazard to children. Heavy plants on baby grand piano, not secured and pose a falling hazard. Wire metal shelf next to washer and dryer near the bathroom, was not attached to the wall posing a falling objects hazard. Both large containers of bleach in a large paper box and 2 large bottles of laundry detergent all assessible to children, heavy and pose a falling hazard risk to children. Baby gate to the stairs is missing the latch and can not be secured to the opposite wall. Baby gate not operational as there is not way to latch it. Electrical extension type cord connecting the TV to another cord viewed.
